Our system is a self-serve system. This means that when you have bought access, you will be free to login whenever you want to.

Our algorithm will automatically try to predict future football matches and let you know what its prediction is. From here you can choose to bet on any or none of these matches, should you wish to. Please note that we are NOT a bookmaker, so you cannot place your bets with us, but you can place your bets with your own bookmaker(s).

There are two ways in which you can unsubscribe.

The first way is logging into your account and then going into settings and clicking the “Unsubscribe & Delete Profile” button.

Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail at support@thesportalyze.com and we will cancel your membership immediately. Please note that it can take between 24-72 hours before we see and respond to your e-mail.

Our algorithm chooses objectively from a certain set of data points and tries to predict from that.

Everything can happen in sport and therefore so can our algorithm.

This means that some games, weeks, months will not have a positive profitability while others will have high profitability.

Our system does however give each prediction a “Risk Score” as to how certain it is.

Betting is at your own risk!

Unfortunately, we do not offer betting service, as we don’t operate with a gambling license and neither do we aim to.

Depending on your country of residence there should be many available bookmakers where our predicted matches appear as options for betting.

Remember to only gamble what you can afford to lose.

If your e-mail is sent within 24 hours of subscribing, you will be available for a refund.

Should it be the case that you want to cancel your purchase and get a refund, do e-mail us at support@thesportalyze.com.

Please be reminded that we might only answer within 24-72 hours, but if you send us the e-mail within 24 hours from your purchase, we will refund you.

Refunds can take from 5-10 weekdays so we kindly ask you to be patient when it comes to receiving the money.

Other than that, we do not refund but will cancel your membership immediately so no further charges will be made to your account.
